General

- No part of the assets I provide is allowed to be reused for Non-Fungible Tokens or AI Databases in any way shape or form.
- Please note that the final price could increase due to the complexity of the project. Though, you may still negotiate with me on them.
- Discounts will not be accommodated once the quote is approved and the down payment is given.
- Let me know if you need the commission at a certain time, especially for Kickstarter Assets and GUIs so I would be able to adjust my schedule.
- A rush fee will cost 30% of the final price for tight deadlines.
- Refunds will only be given if I feel that I could not accomplish it. If I’ve begun drafting, only a partial amount will be refunded.
- I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission or a revision I am uncomfortable with for any reason such as the game containing offensive material.
- I have the right to post the commissions as part of my portfolio immediately after the commission has been fulfilled. This also includes future publications.
- Orders above 600 USD can give the 50% down payment while those that are 600 USD or lower will have to pay it in full. I won’t start on the commission until I have received the payment through the invoice I send. I also won’t give the assets until the full payment has been given.
- The intended use of the commission and preferred resolution must be stated beforehand. Any changes made later will be charged the commercial/privacy fee, and revision fee respectively.

- Visual references of the character you want me to draw are encouraged. If I have to create a character from a Pinterest board or textual reference, I’ll consider this as a character design commission which will incur an additional fee of at least, 150 USD.
- Feel free to send me photo reference or a simple concept of the pose you want.
- Illustrations commissioned for personal use are not allowed to be edited, reproduced, claimed as yours or used for commercial purposes (such as merchandise, print material, promotional material, monetized videos/platforms, Vtuber Models, etc.).
- Commercial commissions (especially long-term projects) are subject to an increased price and different pricing schemes depending on the complexity. Kindly contact me about this so I can create a quote based on your order.
- I can only accommodate major revisions such as changing the pose, expression, during the colored sketch phase. Minor revisions can be accommodated when the illustration is finalized.
- If the artwork has been approved, any revision will incur an additional fee.
- Unless it’s a commercial commission, I will occasionally publicize WIP screenshots on social media or stream the process of the commissioned piece. Commercial work will be kept to my portfolios only. Let me know if you prefer to keep it private.
- Time taken to produce the artwork will vary from days to months depending on my workload. Please consider this when commissioning me.
- Final output includes an illustration optimized for web with a watermark and the high-res illustration without a watermark. PSDs will only given for an additional fee.
Design & Coding Commissions
The client must provide character illustration assets to which they have proper rights of usage over. Customized character illustrations by me will be ordered and priced separately.
I will only allow minor revisions in the coding phase of the GUI so please be sure to give proper visual references so I could achieve your intended output as efficiently as possible. This doesn’t apply to adding animation effects to an existing GUI not created by me.
Rough drafts can accomodate at maximum one major revision. The following count as major changes:

All images, PSDs, and codes provided by me are for the sole use of the project indicated in the form and can only be reused for promotional graphics featuring the project. Redistribution of these resources or reuse of these assets outside of the project is strictly prohibited.
The PSDs that will be given be organized PSDs and non-editable flat exportable flat files. In case you want the layer effects as separate layers and be editable, you will be charged a flattening fee.
